Meet John
A native of Whitehead John was an Investors In People (IIP) Practitioner for over 20 years advising and assessing leading edge clients locally, nationally and internationally. His client portfolio includes public sector clients such as Invest NI, private sector clients including Allstate NI, 7 Technologies and third sector clients such as NICVA .
As owner and MD of PDQ Solutions Ltd, John led the organisation to National Training Award success with partners; The Cedar Foundation. He has delivered a range of accredited leadership and management programmes for organisations such as The Cedar Foundation, Police Ombudsman Office NI, SuperValu, Bunzl and the Mount Charles Group.
A former Chair of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and current Board member of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in NI, John is a trustee of Boys and Girls Club NI having previously served on the Boards of Antrim Enterprise Agency, Ulidia Integrated College and Opportunity Youth. He is an avid football supporter, coaching young people at international level.
PDQ Solutions is based in Northern Ireland, but has a large footprint across the United Kingdom, Europe and farther.
